Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
And then there was Chipotle, today. I have got to stop this. I'm not on vacation, so there's no excuse.

So what ive done last sunday and this sunday, to counteract the fri/sat partying, is to fast all day till like 4 or 5pm and eat about 1000 cals.. it sucks for that one day but if my TDEE is 2500 then ive canceled out 1500 cals of chips and beer. works for me!

375g of angus steak for dinner today..no carbs, Nicky :p

also, i quit using bread in my sandwiches..a head of lettuce is 99 cents and zero calories, just rip off some bigish slices and you're good to go

Get a massage. It'll help.

Tell me how the yoga was. I've been dying to try Bikram.

love it so far, really good to mix in a few days a week for physical and mental recovery. Still roll my eyes at all the "be vulnerable" and "judgment free" crap but its worth a shot. If you are an eastsider, cleveland yoga on euclid has been a positive experience.

There's many yoga places in Lakewood (where I live).

The fact that you did hot yoga, the same day you lifted -- Not a good thing. Besides the dehydration that Bikram brings, you also had your muscles extremely loose, more prone to injury.

Next time, separate the days between hot yoga and lifting.

Quit throwing your trainer logic at me.....

Yea I usually do it on my off days, just got a bit overzealous today and now I am paying for it.

Not the trainer aspect, that's my medical massage therapist aspect.

Take care of yourself!

Sister is in massage therapy school, maybe I'll hire her services tomorrow.

You probably need icing 15 mins on/15 mins off.

Any friction from massage might aggravate, what I'm assuming is an already inflamed back.

This Nov, I'm getting a certification in Piloxing and then a cert in yoga next year.

So, now I'm looking at every yoga place around Lakewood as far as how they conduct their classes (yoga styles). I eventually want to go to Yoga retreats in Hawaii, to continue the knowledge, and also getting to see amazing places.

I love working in the fitness field, but I wouldn't really want to be a personal trainer. I want to do more than tell someone what to do, and stand back and watch. Yoga is more my personality. I'm pretty mellow, so that works for me.

god i look like shit. all things considered, of course. still look good but ive been fucking up. off adderall, still a month left in the bulk.
