Chris, you just have to get ear buds that come with different sizes. I don't know exactly what pair I have but I believe they were around $30-35. Great bass and clarity. The size it came with kind of "came loose" in my ear so I switched it out with a bigger one and they don't move.

You don't have to go the expensive route for headphones. I personally think people that buy Beats or any other retarded expensive headphones are dumb. You can get great sound for around $25-40.

Sennheiser is excellent cost to performance ratio. You can buy them factory refurbished for like $35 for a nice set of cans

I saw the Beats. I heard they aren't even that great. $200? That's outrageous. What if they break or something? Then I'm fucked. So yeah, I agree. I am basically looking for something in the $15-50 price range, could be cheap, I'm not an audiophile by any means this is just for me working out. I'll look around.

Once you have good headphones though you will never go back to those shitty ones Apple/other companies give you. Just go to WalMart or BB and pick up a pair for $25-40. Usually the $25-30 is one without a microphone. $40 range is usually with a microphone.

Yeah I use the Apple ones right now. They suck and also never stay in my ears. The hunt continues...

On another note, I decided to weigh myself today. It's been a month or so since I last weighed in. Then, I was 133lbs. Very sure I went up- as my diet is completely any and everything I want.

Today's weigh in weight is 126lbs. I literally had to weigh myself 2x, because I thought I was way off. Needless to say, this puts me 1lbs from my goal weight. I didn't think I'd get there.


Totes going to celebrate with brownies and ice cream.

Quinoa, lentils, eggs, etc are all pretty damn cheap and great sources of protein obviously. And healthier lol.

its close but I think the powder still wins, been awhile since Ive done the math.

Id rather drink a shake than eat 12 eggs and pay 3 times as much doing so


finallllllly.. off adderall and ive been to the gym 7 out of the last 9 days. Id average 3/7 for the last 3-4 months. Gaining size in the last few weeks, still a month left on the bulk. eating is a bithc and a half now. Im so sick of all my food.

gonna try goin back to the protein shakes, maybe 1 scoop wont mess with my stomach as much as 2. After a costco run for chicken and eggs i have determined that powder is the way to go lol

No, we do not have Kroger in these parts. Reminds me of the times I spent at OSU. Kroger runs were had. We have Giant Eagle.... which has a bakery that smells exactly like the diabeetus.

I saw this 2 days ago at the Kroger out on Sylvania/King (across from The Andersons) That is pretty far from campus but I am assuming they are going to be the same price everywhere. Hopefully it goes all week too.
