@The Process God could use advice on my netx cycle

I don't know wtf happened but I lost all. My gains from the last one. I blast and cruise and most kf the progress seems to be lost every cycle. I'm dosing at 120 test e as a baseline and I'm going into diet immediately after cycle end. How long should I wait to do this and should I maybe slow it down? Or end a cycle with tren and lose. My weight there so no muscle comes off?

I'm thinking about 10 weeks npp 8 weeks tren but I'm entirely open to any ideas you have and why I could be losing everything. And how to do this differently
 
ARe you counting calories

I did a food tracker for a week to get an idea of what I was consuming when I tried to eat healthy. I averaged 2,600 calories per day. Goal was 2,500

Have you calculated your bmr etc

If you give me what you eat I could look at the numbers

Just for your own well being its highly unlikely you actually gained that weight, something is off.

You should picj up a tape measure so you can measure your waist
 
I took a good sized dump about 2 hours later but still.

Well, if your diet or workout regimen aren't on point when you're getting off-cycle, then that could be an issue. If you were at your genetic max, then losing your gains after a cycle could happen no matter what you do, but I know you're not close to your genetic max. Are you taking arimidex or nolvadex to get/keep estrogen down when you go down to a maintenance dosing? High estrogen could throw you out of balance, although I don't think it would cause you to lose all of your gains. Are you staying at a maintenance amount of calories after you finish a cycle? Cutting immediately after finishing a cycle could cause issues.

I think I fucked up the following.

A vial of enanthate was actually prop.

I had 2,3 weeks I was incapacitated and eating like shit bc of wisdom teeth extract.

My protein has not been high enough. Thought this was a myth that you needed more but I'm not risking it again.

I think I cut right away but I forget.

I've been on 120 MG enanthate for cruise and I want to double that.

You're sure about nolva/arimidex? After bulk as I start trt level?

You'll want to maintain about 1-1.5g/lb of bodyweight in protein (I'd go with 1.5 if you're pushing hard and are occasionally on gear). Being incapacitated and eating like crap can definitely cause you to lose you gains. Cutting right away can cause you to lose your gains. The reason why you want to run a SERM or anti-estrogen (at least at the end of the cycle) is because, although your testosterone will never dip too low due to the cruising dose, your estrogen will be sky high because it takes longer to come down than your test. You need to get that estrogen down fast or just keep it down the whole time. Also, if you can afford it, you may want to look into running HCG continuously so that your natural test isn't shut down for months or years.

I'm a 5'9" 165 lbs skinny kid who is trying to add muscle.

Has anyone here started at similar position or has a similar goal? I don't know what diet/workout routines work best so I'm hoping to learn

I started off at 180 lbs @ 6'2", skinny fat. I'm now around 255.

Free weight, compound-movement exercises and a high-calorie, high-protein diet with good, nutritious foods are going to be your keys to success.

Top exercises: Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Overhead press

Other important, compound exercises: bent-over rows (T-bar and cables are good too), chin-ups/pull-ups (cable pull-downs are good too), dips, leg press

Important ancillary exercises: curls, overhead triceps extensions, rope tricep extensions, hammer curls, Zottman curls (my favorite curl). Leg curl, leg extension, calf raise (both seated and standing), lateral shoulder raise, front shoulder raise, reverse flyes (hands supinated)

Never swing or cheat. The ONLY body parts that should be moving are the ones that are designed to be taxed during any given exercise. Only cheat if you're using it as a way to get more weight after you've long established good form and are at the end of your set.

1.5g protein/lb bodyweight.

40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat is a good place to start. Arnold Schwarzenegger recommended 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat, which is fine as well.

That looks fine. I never did cycles long enough to sub out Tren or other, stronger steroids for NPP, so I never needed to deal with NPP. But I like your idea of putting in Tren later when you're going to be at higher risk of losing muscle since you'll be getting down to more diminishing returns at that point (less to lose in terms of fat, easier to lose muscle when going so hard for fat loss and already so lean later in cycle). Test, Tren, Dianabol, and Anadrol were my four I'd use every cycle. I only bulked on steroids. I never cut on them, but I read plenty about it. Honestly, I'd only bulk on steroids if I were you. Cut on your cruising. You can't be on high doses of steroids year-round, and it's harder to build muscle than it is to burn fat. But, if I had to give a cycle for cutting:

Test prop 100mg/day
Tren Acetate 75mg/day
Winstrol

Those are the doses I did for cycles. Kept the traditional 4:3 ratio of test to tren. I always ran faster esters since acetate and propionate take up less of the steroid since they're smaller ester chains.

As for winstrol, I never did it, but, if I ever used gear on a cut, this is the last thing I remember wanting to add. Just look up normal doses and do that. Do winstrol for maybe weeks 10 to 18 out of a 20-week cycle, same as tren.

I just don't want to lose my gains again. How long would you wait to cut? I like a lb and a half rather than 2 a week. I see what you're saying about just bulking on cycle. Really tempted to do that. Too many people with conflicting opinions on whether to keep the bulk and cut separate or to include on the same cycle.

You really suggest ancillaries even though I blast and cruise?

OK upon further review my training and diet sucked. Not enough protein and not going to failure. Done mailing it in
