Isn't Test E the best thing to do?

It's best to do nothing at all. As far as ped goes, HGH is best. But it doesn't do the same things as aas

If we're talking abiut aas, test e is the safest and least expensive and it you're just starting out your cycle should only be test e.

I stay on a trt level of testosterone and it's just redundant to include it when I say what compounds I take. Like really when you're cycling, you have to take testosterone even if you're taking other stuff. It just goes without saying you're on some version of it
 
What kind of results should I expect to see if I'm a 6'3 200 lb male who works out 5 times a week for 1 hour ? Doing compound exercises (deadlifts, squats, bench, rows, etc) Hitting each body part twice a week? How many pounds am I expected to gain? Will I look buffer?

Plz tell me more.

Well lets start here.

You need a certain amount of calories every day to stay the exact same weight you are. Search online for tdee calculator.

Subtract 500 from this and you lose a pound a week.

Add 500 to this and you'll gain a lb a week, and not all of it Muscle.

You can safely lose a couple poundsa week. It's hard to put on muscle but losing fat is quick

You can only lose or gain. Can't do both at the same time.

Starting out you may see some quicker muscle gains but outside of beginners gains, a pound or two month of lean muscle is a good rate. But you'll be gaining closer to 4 lbs a month, some of it will be fat

Has anyone used SARMs before and what advice or knowledge can someone drop on this topic?
 
Have you thought about working out...and not using steroids?
 
Damn 207 now. Depending on how much I retain this cycle is ridiculous.

But I do what I do twice a week. Crunches on a machine, ab wheel, plank, leg lifts.

I personally will never work out obliques bc it takes away v shape
 
OK, I've never really warmed up for my lifting sessions. Do I need to actually take warming up seriously?
 
No, warming up is for pussies!

Seriously, thou...don't do it...people will look at you funny.

On a side note, maybe if I would warm up more often, I wouldn't have a small tear in my shoulder and wouldn't always be hurting my back while doing deadlifts...or better form..whatever

I never did when I started lifting. I got to college and our strength guy demand that we warmup before every lift. I feel like I get a better workout after a warmup. It doesn’t have to be much, even banging out a set without weight is better than nothing.
 
@The Process God ok my dude, finishing out the cycle and ending at 208 up from 183.

I really don't want to lose my gains. How long should I wait to cut? Some people are saying start now while the hormones are still elevated
