Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Anyone own/utilize a Peloton?

Worth?

Depends on how much you like cycling - it's a bit of a rip off IMO simply due to the fact that I get bored of the same cardio routine, especially when involving a stationary bike, so I am constantly switching it up which is better for losing weight anyways.

I know they load new workouts on it constantly but at the end of the day, how many different workouts can you do on a bike?

Don't know where else to ask this but this seems like a good spot. I've been thinking of getting a whole panel of testosterone blood markers done outside of my physician. Has anyone done this? If so, do you know of you can use your HSA funds to pay for it?

Have a couple of friends who love it. Like love it too much. Like, think CrossFit levels of devotion. Like, it can’t not come up. Like, these people are my friends bc our kids are the same age.

Just be careful out there. You might end up like them.

Buy an outdoor bike, an indoor trainer and just pay for the pelaton training service or zwift. If you get bored cycling inside then you can take it outside.

Let it be known that @Huber. disagreed with the fact that I have a couple of friends obsessed with Peloton.

Order in the court.

Finished the Cap City half marathon a couple weeks ago in 1:45. Not too bad for my big ass.

Shooting for the Akron full marathon in September and then IronMan next summer.

I bet it burns that your average mile time was juuuust a bit over 8 minutes. Like if you could have just tried a little harder or trained a little more, you could have shaved 2 seconds off of each mile and broken 8.

I AM SO SORRY.

Just kidding. Awesome dude. That’s really fast.

Ha. It’s the FIRST thing I thought about when I crossed the finish line.

This site has high quality protein at good prices (they run sales constantly). Just picked of 5.5lbs of whey isolate with shipping for $50. You'll have issues finding that cheaper anywhere. I believe you can stack the discount code with referral codes as well, which I did not do.

I'm back on the low-carb lazy-ish keto diet again. Made almond flour based keto pancakes and pizza yesterday. Trying the new recipes is fun and should help me become a better cook.

Dream market is down life is over

Anyone know how I can prevent muscle soreness in my legs? Im very physically active and everything gets sore so fast. Preventing me from running fast.

You'd think using them more would get them used to the activity but it's been months of softball and they're still fucked

Anyone go to classes at a boxing place like Title One? I am thinking about a membership, but would like to see people's feedback.
