He's letting the refs know he got fouled...

Since when is that a problem?

I swear some you guys act like Dion shouldn't express any emotion on the court. If he gets fouled (hit on the head on a layup attempt) and he gets no called he's going to react...

...As most players would.

See, the thing is, he lets the refs know he got fouled when he isn't fouled too.

If you would take your blinders off and watch an entire game and just watch Dion, he makes a complaint make or miss on nearly every shot near the basket that he attempts. It happened several times in the first half as well. He has a negative reputation with the refs, and if he works to fix it, it will benefit him and the team. If you don't think that refs talk or that they don't remember when someone is demonstrative to them you are crazy.

If he stops doing what I pointed out it will go a long way to the refs respecting him and giving him calls. I'm really not sure how this escapes you. You speak in complete absolutes. Saying that Dion needs to complain less doesn't mean he can't show emotion, it doesn't mean I called his mother fat, and it doesn't mean I want him benched.

Dion looked like D Wade tonight with some of those moves

Waiters needs to hit a extra 2-3 shots a game.

He needs to be more patient in the half court. When he is dribbling if no one is open or moving, he will shoot. And I understand the mentality, because he is a shooting guard. But if Brown is going to have him running the offense so much, he ought to coach him up on waiting an extra couple seconds to see if anything better than an off the dribble jumper develops.

20 points on 17 shots with 8 assists and 1 turnover. People come in here and complain about his efficiency :shakehead

WTF...

You were complaining about one specific play in which he got smacked upside the head. I said he got fouled and was right to complain. Stop reaching bro.

Dion is the best passer on the team. EXCELLENT game from him tonight even though his jumper wasn't totally cooperating.

He and Kyrie are a match made in heaven with a little player development.

I'm just not seeing this. I think Dion's rather consistent when he gets hit, and makes his call, and that's a good thing.

The refs are learning him, and vice versa. There will inevitably be many times when he gets hit and doesn't get the call. Down the road the refs will understand his game better and know what to look for, and see and call more fouls.

It's part of being in his position in the league. He's a second year player. He's an assertive player with the ball in his hands a lot. The calls will come. He just needs to keep doing what he's doing.

I can't help but think they are showcasing him though the way they are running so much offense through him even when Kyrie is on the floor with him. He is ruining the tank, so there's one reason to trade him.

I can't think of another. I don't care if he fucked Kyrie's mother in Kyrie's locker, I would keep him unless a legitimate all star is coming back for him.

I don't think we need to worry about him being traded.

He's probably top 1 or 2 untouchable players on our roster.

Last 8 games: 16.1 points, 3 assists, 1 stl, 2.5 rbs, 35% from 3, 47% from the floor...and that includes 2 just terrible games against LAL and Dallas.

I believe that when all is set and done he will be the third best player from his draft class behind Davis and Drummond.

Him bitching about non-calls in which he actually gets fouled is legitimate. I see no problem with this.

The problem is Dion has dug himself into a hole over the past year and a half. He will need to compensate for a while before breaking even with the refs, let alone start getting calls in his favor. Respect, whether you like it or not, is a commodity and Dion is in some serious debt.
