Feel good the number is growing larger. Occasionally I'll want to and if say to msyf it isn't a big deal if I did it, but then id think of the number and it becomes a big deal. Wouldn't be able to say 2 years etc

I changed a lot of shit in my life to be able to get off and I'm in a good place.

Lots of void I had to fill, and finding new work. Got rid of bad relationships, formed good ones, found shit I'm interested in and things I want to do. Long term goals.

I’m going to go a month without alcohol. To be honest i think it’s going to be difficult, but if I can do a month I think I can drop it altogether. I do entire weeks regular but never consecutively.

I never thought I would. Then it just kind of happened. It hasn’t been that long and I don’t intend on never drinking again, but dude, the sober side is so much better. Energy, sleep, emotions, all of it.

If I ever sell my side biz for 9 figures or go w the homies to Vegas or something, I can always devolve into my college-day degenerate ways, and really, we are all different, but for me it’s been really pleasant.

The desire for alcohol has left me. The cognitive loop of comfort (its Friday and I can’t wait to crack some beers) is completely gone.

Just don’t think of it as impossible. It’s certainly not.
