I don't root for people to get hurt. Unless they play for the Warriors. They create their own negative karma.

But ouch, Carson. Poor kid. He's a good kid. But also suck it Philly.

Agreed. But to paraphrase the Mighty Moz, "If it happens, it happens," (who also is injured too).

Sooo.... #1 & #2 is a possible scenario? :chuckle:

Broken rib = 4-6 weeks to fully heal.

That definitively puts Wentz behind the learning curve.

Not that he was expected to contribute right away but that certainly thins out the position a bit. Would be a real shame if ol' briddle bones Bradford were to succumb to injury...

No one else predicting a Sam Bradford career year?? Lol

I'll say this. Every single one of our first round picks from other teams we have recently gotten (Falcons, Colts, Bills) have all been much higher than everyone insisted on. It was before I was posting on here, but I read on the OBR every single day about how the Colts would fall apart and their negative point differential the prior year when they went 11-5 was proof positive they are overachievers. The Bills were the worst though. Everyone was convinced they were a top 5 pick waiting to happen and to be fair they looked like it. Then they overachieved with asshole Orton and we got Erving out of it...

Just saying don't test the Browns horrendous luck. It usually comes out full force on these things.

Vegas has the iggles as a 7 win team, even if they exceed expectations, we're still probably looking at two top 15 picks.

He loses the rest of preseason to get live reps which is huge. I am not a huge Wentz fan so I dont expect much out of him, but it does need the live reps to get better.
