Last year in this very same month, I attended my first NBA game in Washington. Bynum was the starting Center. Earl Clark was the starting SF. Waiters was hurt and didn't play. Mike Brown was roaming the sidelines. We were 3-7 going into that game.

We won in overtime. Irving tied a career high in points (and some ridiculous highlights). Tristan Thompson hit more than one jump shot. The Cavs fan turnout was impressive. The loudest chant in the stadium was 'Allie Clifton', and I wish I was kidding about that. We would go on to win again in the Verizon Center later in the season.

One year later, we are 5-5. Our expectations are sky high. Patience is starting to wear thin for some folks. But... remember how far we've come in a short time. And look forward to beating the Wizards. Just like old times.

Cavs win the next two...yesterdays game was the springboard to a big streak...took a lethargic effort and embarrassment against Denver and than a good lesson against the defending champs and tomorrow we see a focused Dion and Kyrie who get big games from Lebron and Love as the Cavs come to play tomorrow
