Kyrie taking a step back tonight is expected by me. He has been out a month and just played heavy minutes last night. Take him a bit to get back into shape.

He doesn't need to be passive though. He sat out for a large stretch from the end of the first to past midway in the second so he hasn't played heavy minutes tonight.

It's just frustrating to see him play passively and defer when we ned someone to create. I can live with him missing shots, getting blocked at the rim, and making mistakes, but I want him to have that killer-instinct every game.

Watch him come out strong this half. Maybe he's saving his low tank of gas for the home stretch.
