Bledsoe had surgery where they removed a part of his knee (can't remember which part of it) so that he could get back to playing quicker so he could snag a big contract. I've read that this surgery helped him recover quicker in the short term but was a bad long term decision for his career.

Still not willing to give up Kyrie who is three years younger with a lot more potential for just Bledsoe, who's not even having that great of a year (44/31/83) vs. Kyrie's (46/37/84). He's a solid player, but people have also been complaining about us having a short backcourt.. and Bledsoe is a generous 6'1''.

I'd need more. A lot more. But that's just me.
