Except that Tom Thibodeau was really the defensive genius of that Celtics team. The Cavs should've really hired Lionel Hollins as a lead Head coach instead of Blatt. He's the type of coach who would've brought the best defensive effort/instinct out of everyone on the roster.

You can have the greatest defensive concepts in the world but without player buy in, you look like the Cavs.
