Gay rights

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Fuck these people.... They're bigots.

I'm tired of people treating "anti-gay rights" folks as though they have some level of standing or importance. This false equivalence has to stop.

It's time to call these people out for their discrimination and bigotry. LGBT people are people, they have one life to live just like the rest of us!

And frankly, I'm disgusted that anyone who would consider themselves a rational, intelligent human being would ever be against someone having the same rights as they do.

Frankly Jigo you hit the nail on the head upthread (people, regardless of race, want to discriminate against another group of people - it's fucked up and pathetic).

Here's a list of ways my life changed now that gay people can get married:

Can't see the forest, for the trees.........

I think gay people are great, by the way.....I mean, they are people.

I'm not sure what the forest or the trees are here. Gay people were being denied a right that straight people were welcome to take for granted. That's been fixed. The majority of us haven't even been remotely impacted by it, unless of course you cry yourself to sleep at night at the thought of two dudes getting hitched.

There will be far reaching ramifications that most can't extrapolate at this time. Again, I don't think marriage is a RIGHT. It's an institution that, for certain reasons, came with certain PRIVILEGES (privileges that I also said, most of them, should now not be denied to homosexual couples (i.e. adoption)).

Again, gay people are great they are people. People are good.

If you want to fuck a donkey that bad, I think it might actually be legal in Texas.

Well, why should anybody else care if I want to fuck a donkey...as long as it's a consenting donkey and it has a big donkey dick?

Because donkeys don't have the power to give consent.

So since they can't sign a legal document....it's a no go???? So...I guess that means we can't start giving rights to animals then? Like....maybe they don't want to be slaughtered and killed even though they are delicious?

Consent has nothing to do with the ability to sign a document. A five year old can sign a document, but they can't give consent until at least a decade later, depending on the laws where they live. Consent has to do with free will, something animals don't have.

Regardless, comparing gay marriage to marrying an animal is fucking stupid and, as such, I won't respond to further posts about it.

Animals have free will pal. You have a dog, you should know that. And I'm not comparing anything to anything.......

And it's 2 of the same species, too

Who do you think introduced (pushed) Cocaine to the US? Who do you think introduced Crack-Cocaine to the US??? Usually, those who create the problem tend to be the ones who offer the solution (Controlled Substance Act).

PS - I'm not trying to make this a drug thread.
Sigmued Freud and Thomas Edison Endorsed cocaine and in the 1850's the drug was synthesized because it allowed workers to have the stamina to work in thin altitudes.

Pemberton decided to introduce it with alcohol similar to Marianna ( favorite drink of the pope at that time) only in his state Georgia was in prohibition so he made a non alcoholic drink.

This really introduced cocaine to the masses in the united states.

Opium was brought over by business developers who basically raided China and exploited an entire nation.

so commercialism and big business brought these drugs into the US for casual use.

It was public outcry that led to these drugs becoming controlled or ban substances. Coca cola removed the ingredient over a decade before it became law due to such outcry.

These drugs were big business for the pharmaceutical companies of that time. Bayer and boehringer are rather prominent ones that are still around. These drugs werent synthesized until the mid 1800's and went from commercialized mainstream products to banned and controlled in a span of 50 years.
