Great replacement for NBA League Pass

How do you change your buffering time in VLC? I've never known this! I'd way prefer to be a bit behind but get a flawless stream!
 
So from what I gather you can't just sign up, you need an invite?
 
I stream this over a roku stick onto a 60" LCD, the service and quality are amazing. The streams can be paused, resumed, the games are dvr'd you get every team in the league. It's phenomenal, thank you for putting this out there.
 
If you have xbox send me aPM and I'll give my GT. I have league pass and I'll probably be twitch streaming a lot of Cavs games this year.


Twitch is an app on Xbox where you can stream as you play your game. I haven't tried to stream another app yet but I see no reason why it wouldn't work.if it doesn't work when I try it I'll post in here a big ass oops
 
How does streaming through IE on the 360 look?? This could be very enticing.
