I think you guys are severely underestimating the new CBA. And Dion. And Tristan.
I would bet money 2014 looks like

Role players that have nothing to do with the players we have now. Management is not going to waste cap space now on speights and ellington.. They lock down the big three, and whether you like it or not the big three are poised to be kyrie dion and tristan. There's not enough money to buy lebron unless you let one or more of those go.
I'll go further with predictions. Cavs make the playoffs next year. Book it. Kyrie in his third year, tristan going 15 12 for a full season, dion getting 2 shots off his fgm and 4 extra free throws, and the "rebuilding through draft" phase will be over so management will sign legitimate free agent role players intending to win.
