In Memoriam: 2010-2014 Cleveland Cavaliers

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I really liked Alonzo. Talked to a good friend of his and he told me Alonzo is a great guy and hard worker, but just didn't have the bbiq to be more than a roleplayer. I really thought after he first came and I watched his progress he would break out. He started really strong the second year with Scott.

I really liked Wayne Ellington and Danny Green too, but I can't claim that I thought Danny would be as good as he had been. The fact that he and Dion both were rated so highly by Hollinger gives me pause on trading Dion.

The low IQ guys fool me a lot. Samardo had some games where his talent was really on display, but he could not capitalize on that.

Funny thing is I think Leur was ranked highly and he's starting to have a career year this year with Memphis.

Miss Livingston and Speights: they are really killing it with GS right now and they'd have similar roles here in Cle.

Totally forgot about Semih Erdan. Ohhh Seemmmihhhh

And we went from that to 3 all-star starters and the best on-paper team in the NBA. Absolutely nuts. Be thankful, guys. It could have been a lot worse. *shudders*

I will miss Livingston, Ellington and Speights. everyone else just brought me too much hardship.... I mean, like, fucking Sessions man....

I gotta go with my man Money Manny Corperryale L'Adorable Harris.

With an honorable mention to Sloansanity.

The best, always the best part, was every time one of these scrubs joined the team the board would collectively talk itself into that player being a contributor. Semih Erden was going to find his place here. Manny Harris was a real steal in the 2nd round and so on. It's what you had to do to remain sane while watching that shit product.

Yep I have seen Leur play this year and I think he is legit. Great 6th man at pf on team.

Sleighs is a guy I don't think they could afford to have in the locker room. He has talent but need a strong core to keep him in line. It's a shame he couldn't store here.

Livingston wanted out and made no bones about wanting to play for a contender. He could have been on this team but he didn't have the patience for a rebuild. Quicker than he thought.

How could they forget Lester Hudson?!?

I'll miss Henry Sims slow motion out of the block sprinter's form.
Henry was cool. He would have a real role in this team now. Sixers fans like him because he is the only consistent one on the team.

Lester Hudson. Man I can't believe he can't find a role as a microwave somewhere. He must have the worst attitude ever.

Ellington has proven to be a flash in the pan. His time with Cleveland was the best two months of his career.

Livingston is a good player.

Speights is Speights. He moans. He takes bad shots. He can be productive for stretches.

Legitimately the only player from those days that I'd like to have back is Livingston. That's it.

The times with LeBron here before were just as bad roster wise. We just had LeBron.

But Larry Hughes, David Wesley, Sasha, Drew Gooden, Eric Snow, Eric Williams, Rick Davis, Chris Mihm, etc. etc. etc.

This year is really like the first time where we actually have good talent. At least since the days when Price, Nance, Ehlo, and Daugherty were on the team in the early 90's.
