Did Gordon get the average yards per game record?

No. He finished with 117.6 yds/gm, good for 7th all-time for a single season and the 2nd best mark since 1982.

Doing a lot of digging on Gordon, obviously I was bored :chuckles:

Browns records set:

-Single Season receptions by WR (87)
-Single Season receiving yards (1,646)
-Single Season receptions per game (Min # of games) (6.2)
-Single Season yards per game (117.6)
-Most games with 10+ catches, 100+ yards, TD (3) and only the 4th WR since 1960 to even do this once (Chiaverini, Brennan)
-Only WR to have 10+ catches in a game more than once (3 - Winslow & Ozzie ahead of him, with 5 & 4 games, respectively)
-Most games with 125+ yards receiving (7)
-Most games with 100+ yards receiving in a single season (7). Next highest is 4.
-Most receptions, receiving yards, and receiving TD in his first (2) NFL seasons by a Browns player since 1960.

NFL Records set:

-Tied for most games with 10+ catches, 140+ yards, TD in a single season (Calvin Johnson, Andre Johnson)
-Tied for 1st among active players in Yds/Rec (17.9 - Devery Henderson)
-Only player in NFL history to have back to back 200 yard receiving games.

At the Super Bowl all week. There was a MASSIVE... MASSIVE line for Josh Gordon autographs. Got to meet him back-stage. Cool guy. Was eager to talk about the team and laughed off the Ward hit.

Fans love this guy. Glad to have him. People were going nuts. More than DeSean Jackson and Matt Forte.

I'm glad to have him in that light... It means that he has a lot of access to mentor type guys if he's involved in NFL events..
