I can live with it. When everyone else on the floor is seemingly hiding from the moment, Delly is trying to grab it by the balls.

so u rather JR Smith not get shots the moment he gets in the game, but instead let Delly keep taking bone headed shots? The team needs to get JR going first and Delly needs to stop over dribbling and turning the ball over and shooting so much...he's not the 2nd option. He's a blackhole with the bad shot selection and TO.

JR is having a vintage choke job. The guy is completely shook by pressure.

Dellavedova can't be counted on scoring, never. He's doing what's in his powers.

But JR is a big difference here. However he is so unpredictable that you can never, ever count him out, until it's over.

Shouldn't count on him blindly also, though.

On two or three down screens we ran to get him clean looks on the wings in Game 4 he fumbled the pass allowing his defender to recover. JR is not just missing shots. He's in a bad place mentally right now.

I'm all for moving him into the starting lineup. Do something, anything, to try and shake loose that mental block clogging up his confidence right now. Not at all worried about Shumpert losing confidence considering his offense has been ass and his defense shouldn't be affected. If Klay gets into a groove against JR and the substitution backfires, so be it. We're not winning this series with JR in this state and our legs continuing to get more and more tired.

While he's not a black hole the only thing he was getting going was GSW's fast break. Honestly no one took more shots that led to run outs more than Delly. I don't know wtf he was doing. Complete 360 from last game.
