I like that at the end of the interview Love said, "We know that LeBron will be the focal point, but we have a lot of damn good players on this team, 1 through 15."

First it tells me that Love is not worried about not being "the guy" on the team, and second it shows that he has confidence everyone behind LeBron will step up and carry their portion of the load, starting with him.

I'll admit to having never watched a Kevin Love, James Jones and Mike Miller press conference pre the last few weeks that we've presented them. As a result, I was fairly unaware of their qualities as people and their ability to handle the media.

But from what I've seen/heard, the maturity and leadership qualities are oozing in these players. They've all been relatively articulate and present a sense of poise and presence that is both engaging and exciting.

While it's what they can produce on the floor that counts, seems that our team is in good hands in terms of re-defining culture and establishing a mature, responsible and admirable mentality.

The Kyrie's and Dion's of this team are in good hands for their future growth and development. Even though Love is only 25, he presents himself as a veteran leader. And I think after four years of kids + Jack's/Antawn's, we tend to forget how powerful and influential great players with leadership qualities and positive personal cultures are on those tying players who are aspiring to reach that kind of level.

Will this team get every rebound with AV and Love? Wow. Even on their misses they will have multiple opportunities. Plus I love the relaxed vibe with these pressers, no table just open seats and chill.

I hope so. Don't forget about Thompson either. He's a great rebounder as well. I hope they use Thompson effectively to back up Varejao and limit Varejao's minutes. When he's healthy he can be one of the best rebounders in the league. A healthy Varejao and Love going for those offensive boards gets my giddy.

I almost feel like the world could end before the season starts. That's just how surreal this feels right now. For Lebron to do exactly what we all hoped he would do. Apologize, write a letter, declare he is in it for the long haul, recruit endless quality players and now Kevin Love signs. Unbelievable.
