I wasn't impressed by that comment at all. The Bullshit Whisperer makes his own personal biases way too obvious...it clouds his judgement and I can't take him seriously because of it.

I miss the days when a reporter would just be a reporter.

To be fair, he only does it if the 'I' comes at the beginning of the word. Probably just a long term misunderstanding of an early childhood grammar lesson.

Apparently the Lakers are close to hiring Byron Scott as HC. There is a blurb on it in The Bullshit Whisperer's article last night.

If so I wouldn't be surprised to see them draft Marcus Smart if he's available at their slot. I'm sure we'll be hearing the Kyrie to the Lakers rumors if he doesn't sign the full max with us. I wouldn't be shocked if it turned out Tornicade was a 170 IQ level genius that screws up grammar, sentence structure and tense solely to lull posters into a trap thinking they can easily defeat someone that ignorant in a debate.

I'd be equally not shocked if it turned out that his posts were dictated by a hamster running around on a wheel hooked up to an impulse-guided machine that types out responses based on the hamsters rhythym and level of urgency translated into morse code.

Kyrie is familiar with that style of offense from the Scott days, that's all I can really say. I'd say to expect his assists and scoring numbers to be up, but that is already practically a given. Tough to really say what else to expect.

Blatt will do wonder for Kyrie and this team's offense, now we will see that spike in assists we were expecting last year, just watch. No way in hell we trade Kyrie this off-season, a crazy talented 22 year old who's due for a monster season. If Kyrie wants to stay in Cleveland, then by all means he should be staying in Cleveland. Our team is set up to make a major step forward next year with the #1 pick, all our cap space (free agency/trades). Trading Kyrie would just send us back a step again and that would not be fun, it would be a stupid, stupid thing to do.
