LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
People really don't think LBJ uses PEDS? not steroids but mostly HGH. Most of them do.
Giannis is definitely on some shit, Wade obviously, Westbrook.. Yes, even Curry. Eventhough he is still feminine looking.

This is ridiculous. "Most" NBA players do not use PEDs or they would be getting suspended. We're talking about literally the top 0.1% of human beings on the planet (in terms of athleticism) in many cases here. LeBron is the top 0.001% of people in the world athletically (or maybe higher, that would mean there are 7000 people more athletic than him in the world).

Just found out that LeBron is shooting .389% from the 3, which is same as Kyrie.

WHAT THE FUCK!!!

Also this:

LeBron: 38.9% from 3
Durant: 37.4% from 3

Last year's playoffs:

LeBron: 34% from 3
Durant: 28% from 3
Which is why its important he doesn't lose his lift on his jumper in the finals. Happens when you're tired. Hoping we can figure out when to sit him for a game every now and then the rest of the season.

Yeah, there's so much talk about cutting LeBron's minutes per game. I don't think this truly matters. He doesn't care if he plays 34 minutes versus 38 on a given night. Once he's had to go through game prep all day and hits the court, what's an extra 4 minutes.

I care more about games played and strategically giving rest games that correspond to gaps in the schedule. LeBron getting 4-5 days to rest and recuperate his body by only missing one game is the true key.

Also, we have 27 games to go and LeBron will have until Thursday to rest. We have a 4 game lead in the loss column over Boston. I would be ok with a general sprint to lock down the 1 seed and then give him the last 3-4 games of the year off so he has a solid week or two to get fresh for the playoffs.

You can see the additional fatigue that he gets in the fourth quarter when he plays too many minutes, and how it affects his performance. A lot of the damage from overtraining comes when you push your body to high levels of stress -- the marginal impact of extra minutes when you are already fatigued. If you want to peak for a particular period of the year, then you need to avoid overtraining before that period (in fact you should taper before it). High minutes are to be avoided because they push you into that state.

It just makes no sense to claim that leading the league in minutes per game will not have a long-term effect on Lebron's freshness for the playoffs just because he takes a few games off here and there.

Mancias and LBJ know his body better than you, and all of us. If they say it's about the games played and not the minutes, then it's about the games played and not the minutes.

Lebron is notoriously reluctant to admit he has any fatigue issues or physical limits at all, so I take everything he says with a huge grain of salt.

As for Mancias -- do you really not know that before the season MANCIAS SPECIFICALLY LAID OUT A PLAN TO TAPER/REDUCE LEBRON'S MINUTES STARTING IN JANUARY? (See item 11 here -- http://www.ohio.com/blogs/cleveland...thoughts-on-lebron-minutes-and-books-1.727769 . This is mentioned in numerous other articles as well).

So yes, Mancias knows LBJ's body better than you, and Mancias advocated for exactly what I'm saying now -- reducing Lebron's minutes heading into the playoffs. It's common sense, and it's exactly what Lebron's trainer advocated and planned before the season.

Projections change, based on real-time factors.

FACT is, Windhorst was just on the radio last week or the week before saying that LeBron AND Mancias are okay with the current workload as long as he's given the requisite games off post ASB.
