He does. Not as strong or quick but a damn good defender. He's NO Butler, but doesn't Dammare Carroll do pretty good on him?
Kinda hoping for the Wizards to be honest. If Kevin Love/Kyrie were 100% healthy I wouldnt care.

The real question is, Are we still at Peak LeBron or is this the beginning of his decline?
I think the problem is LeBron for some reason takes his sweet time to act.
He gets the ball in the post and should immediately act, either drive or shoot. If he waits and then drives, the D catches up and gets ready for him. If he waits and then shoots he just loses the rhythm, he is much better shooting with the rhythm of the action.
So LeBron should be more decisive, get the ball in the post and act right away, drive, shoot, kick out, but no 8-9 second staredowns.

Do the Hawks or Wiz have anyone who can slow LeBron down? I imagine he'll play much better in the next series in terms of efficiency.
There is no real solid evidence to the fact that Carroll can guard LeBron.
One of LeBron's best games this year came against Atlanta when he scored 32 points in 29 minutes of game action.
It's playoff basketball, Lebron does it to milk the clock and shorten total posessions. It would be beneficial for the Cavs to do so if there was more depth, but with Kyrie out, Lebron is pretty much the only PG on the roster to dictate the offense. It's better to have fewer good possessions than more bad ones.
Yes I understand the reasoning sometimes but sometimes it's just better to take the easy basket.
The team runs a play specifically to open up the lane when LeBron gets the ball inside, and all he needs to do is be quick and drive inside, because Butler can't really contain him. But when he stops, the D realizes what is happening and we see a C drop down under the basket ready o contest and everybody ready to collapse in for the rebound.
Scoring after 8 seconds > milking 20 seconds + TO.
I do agree that sometimes the pace needs to be brought down, and we need to lower the posessions number. But again, sometimes the lane is so clear that he just needs to take it.
