My point, Dave, is you might want to show some good-faith in getting her help beyond your cock. You might be her safest sanctuary at this time, but I'd think a judge/lawyer would have a hard time believing you're being genuine if you stop at keeping her with you. Take her to a shrink, take her to a social worker, take her to a psychologist/psychiatrist. Something.. She'd probably thank you when she's mature enough.

There's nothing potentially legally hazardous, EXCEPT if that lady who shot her out her poisonous vag gets my address. Lots of drugs in my apartment.

I've suggested a shrink and she doesnt want to go. I even had one for her. "they wont help and she doesnt want someone knowing all her problems". I am super aggressive and particularly good at sells and have a vested interest in her betterment, believe me I've exhausted all efforts on this and many other potential resolutions. But, this was a good reminder and I'm going to open this one back up for discussion with her.

I regret having so much sex with her, it makes me feel all sorts of negative things about the situation, but I've never had better sex with anyone in my life. And shes wife material.. Just a genuinely good person, 0% combative. needs to make better decisions and grow up a bit

Seriously, though, if the mom is that fucked up, I doubt she's going to shed too much of her tears and care into her daughter. Usually druggies are concerned about drugs moreso than their family. This is something that chick is going to need to talk to someone about. She may not show it or vocalize it, but under it all, there's going to be a "why don't my parents care about me?" thought constantly in her mind.

yea shes already fucked up that her parents dont care about her. her stepdad is completely blind to everything and wont even talk to her now. her mom is that manipulative. oddly enough she cares about as much as keeping everyone together and happy and for their well being as much as it hurts her that she has no one.

The mom is bipolar, and fun.. so they have a lot of fun together and mom helps out with a lot, ill give it to her, but the other side of her is so evil and twisted. the problem isnt predicated on the drugs, the drugs are just another part of her already problematic personality/way of living. and she does care.. her family is the only thing thats important to her, BESIDES her feeling of worth which is based on control and power, and that trumps the aforementioned. ideally, she gets both of these things.
 
She's cute and I'm sure she's a great girl, but do is all that shit really worth it? There are too many damn women out there to have to deal with crap like that. The girl is 18, chances are pretty good that you're not marrying this girl. I would have some fun for a little bit longer and then cut her loose
