Luka Doncic

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
* Lithuanian. Arvydas Sabonis was playing in the NBA (Portland) in 1996 when Sabonis Jr was born.

Edit: I guess that's what you meant by technically. My bad.

I've said it before, but Arvydas Sabonis was one of the greatest players ever to play. The NBA only saw the tail end of his career (didnt play in the nba until over 30) and even that shell was still an all star. At his peak, he was a 7'3, white Kevin Durant with Steve Adams muscles, and Steve Nash's passing ability.

Even worse, Harden may not get a triple double. Oh the humanity! Someone get that man a rebound!

Joke's on you, he got that rebound.

... also finished 1 of 16 from three.

And still the oldest Euroleague MVP ever, at age 40. :)

You guys think the media will vote him in the all star game? I think he earned it

20.2 ppg/6.7 rpg/5.0apg/1.1 stl, 56.4 TS%, BPM 3.2/VORP 1.8.

Hype or no, that's All-Star worthy. He's playing significantly better than Draymond, who made it last year. In any case, the media may not get to vote for him. Here's the current vote totals for frontcourt players in the Western Conference. He probably should be 7th not 2nd, but....:

1. LeBron James (LAL), 2,779,812 votes

2. Luka Dončić (DAL), 2,220,077 votes

3. Paul George (OKC), 1,859,216 votes

4. Kevin Durant (GSW), 1,717,968 votes

5. Anthony Davis (NOP), 1,564,347 votes

6. Steven Adams (OKC), 1,034,014 votes

7. Nikola Jokić (DEN), 740,918 votes

8. Kyle Kuzma (LAL), 584,842 votes

9. Draymond Green (GSW), 411,131 votes

10. DeMarcus Cousins (GSW), 276,849 votes

Jokic is having a really good year -- ridiculous to think he was the 41st pick in the draft.

Luka should make the bench for sure, but I even think he should start. The fans want it and he is worthy to be an All-Star. I like the media having a vote to prevent people like Zaza from starting who don't deserve it, but they should comply for someone like Luka imo.

Kinda like how Kyrie was an All-Star at age 20. If you go by pure merit, there's wasn't much separation between him and a veteran like Deron Williams. Same deal with Doncic vs. Aldridge or Tobias Harris this year. But in terms of raw highlight potential and overall marketability, it's a no brainer.

Is there a team in the league that would take either of those guys over Doncic? He is already better then them.

This talented bastard. Triple double showtime stuff. Thank god we didn’t pull the trigger on him (if that was possible).
