Luka Doncic

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Not going to be long before people are starting to talk about Dallas as a destination for these younger stars as they become free agents (ex. Anthony Davis)

If the Bucks fail to win the ring in the next 3 years, Giannis could seriously consider joining Luka and his younger brother Kostas.

Man... Once he has a better team around him, watch out.

Yeah feel like his passing is being wasted a bit on this team. Jordan diving to teh basket is a good target but other then that guys like Barnes and Matthews are just wildly inconsistent

How would you build around him? Too many dumb players around him, they have talent but they don’t play smart and you need to have smart players around playmaker like him. Other guys have to understand positioning and off ball movement, importance of extra pass etc.
You can’t put him into situation like LeBron, bunch of statues waiting for the pass. He doesn’t have the same physique, so you don’t want to iso him so much. He is more of a true pg despite his size so he can run more of a “classic” offense (sets). It also seems he gets the whole team going (LeBron was great at getting his and finding the open man, but the team easily cooled down despite that) when he is on the floor. This was very evident in his Real Madrid days. Energy picked up, defense started to level up, shooters got hot...

First teenager to ever have two triple doubles?
Luka > Lebron

Dallas is the most schizo team in the league right now. 18-7 at home - better than the Thunder, pretty much on par with many really good teams (Warriors 18-6, Rockets 19-7, Celtics 19-6, Pacers 18-6)

But on the road? 4-20 - worse than every other team in the league other than the Suns (4-22). Even 2019 Cleveland is 5-19 on the road so far.

.720 at home
.166 on the road

That has to be one of the biggest skews in nba history, if it holds up.

Maybe Luka needs to find more Slovenian restaurants on the road to feel more at home.

Doncic's first game at MSG tonight. Instead, ESPN will be showing Pacers-Wizards because they hate money or something.
