Man Executes Two Teen Intruders

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
If those kids really burglarized him six times previous, I wouldn't say they "deserved to die," but if given a choice between them living and not living...I'd choose not living.

I think most of us can agree that the extra shots were unnecessary. Now can we just agree that we are not lawyers and we will not know what the outcome of this situation is until he goes to court and that's over with?

it would make a pretty boring message board if we only talked about things we are experts in. For starters, I don't think there are a lot of NBA head coaches, GMs or owners posting around here.

Bro Lee know what's up. It's in his genes.

I wish Canada was like this. If a dude comes into my house with a knife, and I shoot him i'm going to jail. If I use a knife, and all he had was a baseball bat it's time to go to jail. Go Canada .

Lol some of us would dominate the video games forum though . Gour, and Dave would be the only two talking about roids, and there would be no political talk.

Don't want to run the chance of dying when breaking into a house?

STOP BREAKING THE LAW A-HOLE!

He was angry, that is why he killed them. When he cooled off he realized he had done wrong, or he would have just called the police. In most states you are supposed to avoid the confrontation if possible. Once they are down, you get out and get the cops. I know Texas says you can fight, but even that might require them having a weapon. Most people know this because of the people who have gone to jail for torturing intruders.

Still, if you rob a house and find a bunch of guns, do you risk your luck and go back?

Those who are saying eh won't get off, remember Bernie Goetz in NYC. It really depends on how the jury feel about the intruders. In the Goetz case everyone was tired of being terrorized on the subways and loved what he did, which was similar shooting a guy in the head after he had already gotten the upper hand.

The guy sounds nuts, i can't believe some of the things he did or said. Deserves some jail time or a psych ward. That said, I have a hard time having pity for anyone breaking into someone else's house. Someone makes it past my security system and comes in my house, I'm shooting them in the head first. No incapacitation and waiting for the police.

As BigMar said - DON'T BREAK INTO HOUSES!!!!!!!!!!!

Exactly. It depends on how the jury feels about the intruders and if they believe the shooter when he almost definitely claims that he thought he was still in danger when he shot the burglars.

Because I really feel it could be ARGUED based on the law that the guy did nothing wrong.

I personally don't take a word this guy is saying as true. His story was obviously very detailed and gruesome, but I'd like to hear the police side of things. The fact that the gun jammed and the girl laughed is complete bull shit. I don't care how alpha you are you don't look at the edge of death, conquer it, then laugh. Especially when the guy you are with is lying on the ground dead. I'd like to see floor plans of the house as well. The girl's natural survival instants would have heard the shots and most likely found the nearest safe exit. Obviously other things such as love for her partner in crime could have sent her down the stairs, but usually gun blasts create an every man for himself mentality.

I personally have always found the laws of B&E kinda strange because you're taught to call the cops and flee, never to take the law into your own hands. Personally I always believed the home owner had a right to protect his home and his life from intruders. This was obviously taking things to far. For how detailed and brutal this guys' story is it seems strange that he could make up things such as a laugh, but that would indicate guilt to me. As he knew what he did was wrong, and he was trying to justify it by making the dead seem more cold and lifeless than this guy. If this guy knows what he did was wrong, you automatically can rule out insanity. I personally agree with protection of your home and family, and can even justify some of his actions, but he took things obviously too far and I believe he should be thrown in jail because of it. I'm actually very curious to see how this turns out, but in the end is just another sad story in America.

I don't see how people think this guy will be set free. Do you all know a ton more about the legal system than me? Probably, but he blatantly describes how he executed two kids in cold blood. I mean, come on.

One kid. He executed one kid in cold blood. The first seemed perfectly reasonable (unless I'm missing where he fires a few more shots into the kid's body), but the second seemed to be the execution.

Um, I dunno, didn't it say he shot him and he fell down the stairs, looked up at the home owner who then fired another shot into his face? Sounds like an execution...and obviously the second one isn't even up for discussion. This guy is shooting people and dragging them around on tarps and then executing them while they're on the floor, I mean Jesus, my first thought is the guy is a nutcase. Breaking and entering or not.

Regardless of what anyone is saying in here. Putting a gun to someone's chin and blowing her head off is ridiculous. Tell people to stop breaking into peoples' homes, sure. Try to defend this guy's act, I have no respect for you.

His story cannot be true.

Girl hears her cousin fall down the stairs and at least 2 shots are fired (can't be her cousin, they're not armed). Most likely hears some sort of gasp from her cousin being hit, and probably hears him being dragged away on a tarp.

So she proceeds to walk down these same stairs, and fall down them? And then laughs in the face of a guy who just killed her cousin and tried to shoot her? I'm in that situation I jump out the nearest window in the upstairs and try to escape with my life.

These kids were obviously stupid and probably under the influence of drugs but according to this man's story, the girl basically asked to be killed. I have a very hard time believing that's how it went down.

story doesnt make sense. why would the girl possibly be laughing? Seems she would more likely be terrified and trying to escape.
