We have too many players making a negative impact on the floor right now. Without Shumpert, our wing depth is extremely noticeable. LeBron needs to let go of his buddies, because it's hurting the depth of our team. I really wish Miller could do more, but he and James Jones are sucking the youth out of this team. We need to make room for young guys who have potential not old guys who used to be able to make shots.
 
It can be argued that outside of LeBron, nobody we brought in during the offseason is performing near, or even close to what was expected of them.

- Love's defense was worse than advertised and he can't hit an open three to save his life. He's soft and not even a factor in the fourth quarters anymore because apparently we have "better options".
- Marion's banged up. No offense. Defense on the decline. He's still playable though and has a veteran BBall IQ.
- Miller is like a ghost out there. Not making his threes, which is pretty much what we brought him in for.
- James Jones is playing too much and not playing well.
- Joe Harris has been pretty solid, but streaky. Didn't expect much out of a second round rookie though. If anything, he's been a decent surprise I guess.

He looked done at the start of the season and he still looks pretty done. There was some hope he'd play his way into shape, but he just looks like a guy who should have retired one year ago instead.
 
Does anyone else not notice when Miller is out there? I swear, it's like we're playing 4 on 5.
 
Millers non contribution has not made me feel good about the center and shooting guard we gave up for nothing
 
I'm pretty sure this is what the 3 miami fans thought just before he went and won them a championship.

Yes hes played bad but that doesn't actually mean he will not be ready to hit them if we need him. And the more miami iso ball we play the more comfortable he will be

He will have some big games like earlier in the season when he was inserted into the starting line up and caught fire from 3. Also don't ever forget his leadership in bringing the team together and always being in Lebron head. He is a glue guy and a veteran you need in the locker room both him and James Jones have been around Kyrie and Love helping them become better vets. Those rookies/second year players you guys are talking about leaves Lebron and Marion as the only veteran voices on the team who have won you need them.
