I don't think anybody is shitting on wright. A lot of people here liked him, including me. We needed more size unfortunately. If it is one or the other, mozgov would get the nod because we so desperately needed size. I would like him a lot as a backup, but then we also already have TT who has a similar build and game. Wright is clearly a better shot blocker and finisher at this stage, but i think he would face similar difficulties in the post.No need to start shitting on Wright. He's an athletic PF/C who could easily come in and shore up our bench.
I'd rather have him than a broken down Jermaine O'Neal...
That's not in question. I love Wright too, for his role that is.No need to start shitting on Wright. He's an athletic PF/C who could easily come in and shore up our bench.

I think Griffin has overpaid on several trades. You don't?That's not in question. I love Wright too, for his role that is.
Your post just seemed to imply that because his price was lower, that that proves that David Griffin crapped the bed. I was just saying those two aren't comparable.
I didn't say that. I think he definitely overpaid on several (although my level outrage and opinion of how steeply he overpaid probably differs from a lot of people).I think Griffin has overpaid on several trades. You don't?
It speaks to why one shouldn't over pay.I didn't say that. I think he definitely overpaid on several (although my level outrage and opinion of how steeply he overpaid probably differs from a lot of people).
But all of my posts here are simply saying that the price paid for Brandan Wright should not make the price paid for Mozgov any better or worse. Because they were for totally different types of players in totally different types of scenarios.
For all our sakes you better be really wrong about that. We're all in on him essentially.I think Mozgov is getting pretty overrated around these parts...

Wait really? Why? Seems like a very lateral move for both.Boston gets: Nate Robinson
Denver gets: Jameer Nelson
