Top if the Lake moves along at a snails pace, and Elisabeth Moss has the worst New Zealand accent ever, but it's an amazing series.

And the ending is incredibly disturbing and so jacked up. I figured it out about 4 eps in, but it's pretty well hidden.

Black Sails looks like it might have something fantastic behind it. Old world pirates without the excess comedy or romance we've come to know from Hollywood.

Started re-watching the Sopranos. I sorta know most of what happens in season 6, but never really watched the first few seasons. Should be entertaining, although a lot of the references are pretty dated(Chris steals a truckload of DVD players)

My favorite bad scene, of many, was when the FBI agent knew guys were coming to find them in a hotel room, and he just waits right behind the door for the bad guys to try to come in and then they shoot him through the door. Was utterly hilarious.

The writing was so awful that they'd be like, oh shit, we need something to happen here and then they'd have no choice but to turn someone else into a stealth cult member because it was the only way to advance the story. Clearly a must see hate watch for me, I should have higher standards.

Watched it with the wife just before bed. She made us watch something else afterward cause she was too freaked out to go to sleep.

What an awesome, chilling show.

Yea I just had to get on here and talk about True Detective. Show is kicking some serious ass right now. I'm just not sure you could have picked two more perfect people for their roles than Harrelson and McConaughey
