Official Brady Quinn Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
It is only the 1st game of the season but Quinn was very poor today. The Browns actually ran the ball better than I thought they'd be able to and Quinn had time to throw. He was too indecisive at times and couldn't get the ball downfield. There also were the 2 very bad turnovers.

It's too soon to make any type of complete judgment or give up on him as a lost cause. Like everything else with this team he deserves time.

I've felt Quinn was only going to become a middle of the pack QB in the NFL who you can't rely on to carry your team to wins. Doesn't mean you can't win with him but I've never felt he'd become a big time franchise level QB. It is still wait and see mode though.

Should have went for Cutler or Sanchez...It will bite us on the ass eventually..At which point I will link us back many times to when I said we should trade for Cutler or draft Sanchez, and then proceed to ridicule the idiots that disputed that notion during that time..

I saw Sanchez do a fake shoulder pump the other day, and I just started to cry...:bigcry: The poise, the accuracy, the leadership...

Yet, we're stuck with noodle cannon...

Who said Denver would have traded him to us?

If you can really claim that we should have traded for Cutler, than I'm going to claim we should have traded for Tom Brady or Peyton Manning years ago.

Well, Pip, you were 1000% right.

Should have drafted Sanchez. At least he could snap the ball.

I want Peterson and/or Sanchez. :(

Quinn is an absolute joke.

You're a good man, Amherst...

:chuckles:

Of course we should have drafted Sanchez.. It was obvious from the beginning... You don't let franchise QB's slip through your grips.. Unless you're the Browns..

Sanchez has it all... Just like he did in April..

We got a dud center and Elam..

We passed on a franchise RB, and a possible franchise QB. Next year it'll be a good time to pass on a franchise defensive player.

Hey, don't forget that amazing 3rd string QB we got too.

Depth > Franchise QB any day.

We passed on a franchise RB for a franchise LT.

Now if only we had a capable right side and QB...

I'm so sick of hearing about how we passed on Adrian Peterson and blah blah blah.

I own up. I thought Brady could succeed in the NFL, specifically with the Browns. WRONG.

Mark Sanchez looks solid and Jay Cutler, on one of the worst offenses in the NFL, will blow Quinn's first 2.5 games of the season away.

BQ made it 2.5 games into the Mangini era. This team is hilarious.

And there is absolutely ZERO guarantee Adrian Petersen would have succeeded behind the Browns' offensive line.

Well, its beginning to look like we will need a QB sooner rather than later. While DA looked better in the pocket, he still doesn't have the accuracy or brain to be the guy. Today looked awful.

LMFAO.

Back on topic, Quinn . .. .

. .. . errr is there any chance the Eagles will give us Jeff Garcia for him?
