How about for Skyryrie... Based off of the Chase down block and his potential can be sky high. I however like Finals MVP best even over my suggestion. reason being If he Is named that then his next nickname will Be the "god of Cleveland" In many peoples heads.

i suggest fish head, then we all club together to get him a fish to wear on his head each game, or it could be a possible sponsorship opportunity. Having said that forget it, the unsustainability of fish stocks might anger environmentalists and ruin any future moccasin/sandal endorsements down the line.

Nicknames are always going to be a 80's and 90's thing to me. They are just more iconic. The Glove, The Mailman, the Admiral, the Dream, Magic, Iceman, Dr J. They are iconic. These days they just suck like CB4, D12, CP3...just dull. Stuff like Flash, King James, Big Baby, The Black Mamba, Durantula is just straight up terrible. Lebron, Kobe, Blake, Kyrie, Pau...the names are more unique and they hold their own as is. Abbreviations like KG, LBJ, Shaq, Manu just naturally occur for whatever reason. I think Kyrie is good with out some awful, forced nickname.

I've long believed the knickname "Flick" for a jump shooter has been underutilized in the NBA. "Flick Irving off the glass" has a ring to it.

All the same, this is why millionaires have companies representing and advising on their marketing image. What we come up with will never be his shoe brand... which will be named after the Mister Mister song.
