Playoff Positioning

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
washington will probably pass both of them. Theyre playing remarkably better with beal back. Toronto and chicago are still shotty and theyre all within a game or so.

Boston could slide up into the 8th or 7th seed.

Nope nope. Don't want to play Miami at all. Wade will go off on us as a fuck you to Lebron.

alot can change over the next few weeks but please dont give me Miami or Indiana...I want Charlotte or Boston

I'd rather not play Indiana due to the roughhousing, but if the Cavs even come close to losing a series to any of these teams then they aren't the finals contender I think they are. A tougher 1st round matchup should prepare some of the inexperienced guys for the later rounds.

Rolling through the first two rounds in 2009 was soooo fun. I'd like to see that so much (with a better ending)

Miami is 2.5 games back from Milwaukee. Let's just hope the hot streak continues for Miami and Milwaukee continues to slide. Boston only one game back from Miami now too.

I'm thinking this overrides ppl's strange fear of IND.

I'm not afraid of Indy at all. Not sure why people are. They won't do well against Lebron in the playoffs. Miami on the other hand has a great starting 5. No depth, but you can get by without it in the playoffs.

Don't want Miami--the offense with two creators (Dragic and Wade) gives us problems. Wade in his last three games has shown flashes of his old self, creating offense in the paint for himself and others.

Most importantly, a series with Miami would be a fucking media circus and I don't want that as our first playoff series for Blatt, Love, and Kyrie. Additionally, that team has playoff experience and absolutely NOTHING to lose. We'd see goddamn Haslem throwing up threes. I would prefer Charlotte or Boston, but would take Indiana over Miami.

I'd rather play Toronto and Washington 1st too tbh. A series against Miami would be a shit show. Could you imagine the pressure if we lost the first game? As bad as Miami's fans are that place is hard as hell to play at in the playoffs, and the added "fuck you" Lebron feeling would just make it crazy.

Meh, Miami doesn't really put the fear of God in me.

We would stomp them out the first two games at home and take most of the edge off those first road contests.

It would most certainly be a media circus but LeBron would be so scared shitless of losing to them that he would dominate.

I'd prefer to avoid Indiana because they occupy the spot of "most likely to injure someone important".

Yea, either Miami needs to be really terrible or really good the last stretch of the season.

I dont fear losing a series against them. However, a series against them could be taxing the next round. There will be a lot of mental/physical stress that series. Would rather ease into the playoffs against Boston or Charlotte. Even Indiana would be less stressful.
