40-1 Home Court
Sayin like Bill Simmons: I think it'll be like a religious experience.

82-o with 15 games only won by single digits and all 15 blamed on dion

59-23. But they can easily eclipse 60 wins depending on how quickly they gel, what games key players miss due to rest, etc.

Also, fuck anyone who said anything below 50-54. Hate/troll harder.

I would say that is possible next year. This year I am expecting somewhere between 55 and 60 wins.
55-60 wins to 72 is quite a leap in a single year...

There are 20 or so difficult games on the schedule. Spurs (2), Clips (2), OKC (2), Mavs (2), Griz (2), GSW (2) Por (2) Hou (2) Chi (4). Ok....so let's say we split those, that is 72-10. That isn't realistic. Let's say we lose 10 of the other 62 games.... so 62-20. That sounds about right.

62-20

1 loss to GS, SA, POR, OKC, DAL, TOR, MEM, LAC, DET, CHA, DEN, PHX, WSH, BKN (16)
2 losses to CHI, IND (20)

Not trying to pick on you but why do you think we'll lose to IND twice? No PG this year and they did nothing to strengthen their shitty bench...I doubt we'll lose to them at all.

A very young Lebron James-led Cavs with a very mediocre supporting cast won 50 games back-to-back in his 2nd and 3rd pro seasons. Let's revisit the supporting casts: We are talking Ilgauskas, Larry Hughes, Flip Murray, Eric Snow, Drew Gooden, Donyell Marshall, Damon Jones and young Anderson Varejao. Some Sasha Pavlovic in there. Daniel Gibson's rookie year. Repeat: These teams won 50 games.

The current team has Kevin Love. And Kyrie Irving. Dion Waiters. 2 of those are unquestionably better players than the second-best player on those 50-win teams (Z or Hughes) and Waiters is arguably in that arena as well. The difference between these two teams' talent level is massive and it should certainly translate into 10 more wins. 60+ should be easily doable as long as Blatt is as advertised and the team remains healthy.

63 wins.
