Well, I want to play, but I'm a total Rookie at this stuff (just played my first year of Fantasy Baseball can came in like fourth out of ten).

Anyways, I don't want to mar up your more veteranish league here, so if anybody else is going to make a league, I'm interested in joining.

Thanks. It's not a bad thing. I had kind of forgotten.

My lack of success in fantasy football this year means only one thing... I will be ready for the hoops draft.

TBH I always wait for the Browns to implode before rolling out the fantasy hoops. It's become a yearly ritual.

If your FFB isn't doing better than them it's probably time to move on.

I'm .500 in the RCF league, sub- .500 in my Cali league. Last year before the hoops draft I was in first place in both. Hoops gets to be top priority this year... aside from keeping my toddler son alive... and that job thingy I have... and making sure the wifey doesn't leave me...

Other than all that, top priority!

You need to re-evaluate your priorities keys....all you and these other wannabe's will be fighting for is second place. And that's all I gotta say about that.

Sheesh, win the league once, it never stops :chuckles:

But that's what bragging rights are for, right?

I've been in the consolation game twice in this league and didn't give a crap. I was too let down from not making the championship game. Now that third place gets you in the history book, I'm going to have to change my approach.

OK gents, this is happening, so get your carryout/beverage plans in order, women placated ahead of time, and your phones on Ignore for a week from Monday. Also doing the little Yahoo connection test goes a long way to prevent frustration of not being able to get into the draft. Check all the usual- update Java, Adobe Flash Player, browser, know how to turn off your popup blocker ahead of time, etc.

I'll keep the OP updated as well, hopefully there won't be a lot of draft conflicts. If there is we might need to push it further back that night, 10:00 or so. Draft has usually taken 1hr 45, but there are 14 rounds instead of 13. If that doesn't work out I'll scale it back to 13 for next year because the balance has worked really well in the past.

That time/date works great for me and i should be pretty flexible with and potential change. I like the extra roster spot because if there is anything this league needs, its more depth :).

I can't wait to get trade raped by one of the OG's in the league.

    It's gonna be spectacular!
