RCF Fantasy Hoops Vets League 2012-13

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I liked the Mullens pick, I had him all queued up to take and then you did.

Oh well.

Excited for tonight, except that I have Bosh Spice, who I hate with a passion.

I like Narls and RonG's team.

Oh wait, I'm in this league. I specifically made sure to not be on auto pick to not get Jamison, so I'll take that as a win.

Agreed on those 2. In this league though i feel its the last 7 or so picks that really make the difference, and its impossible to know now which of those picks will hit right now. The people who get top 100 players out of those slots will have a huge advantage, one which i think outweighs predicting whether so-and-so is a 4th or a 6th rounder.

Still no power. Got the trees out of my yard. Phone line back tomorrow...allegedly. Might be able to tend to my team in 48 hours. Ugghh.. Last place this year is a lock...book it.

Darren Collison at #91 in the draft... don't sleep on it.

Who is he? :(;

He's a basketball player. When you have power in your home once again, you might get to watch it. As your neighborhood becomes acclimated to a life without electricity, please send me more of your hand-crafted cheeses and smoked meats. I find your primitive people's wares, how you say, delicious.

Narl had the pick before me, and crushed me twice with "sleepers"...at least according to Yahoo's rankings.

Narl snagged Hickson in the 10th right before my pick (had him queued).

Then he grabbed Devin Harris in the 12th before me (had him ready to go as well).

Couldn't believe it, as I thought they were off the radar.

Choosing between him and George Hill was one of my dilemmas of the draft, that may bite me in the ars. I went for the taller higher% shooter, but with Delonte West cheesedicking out again, Collison is going to get all the minutes he can handle- and then some.

Hickson...? Are you surprised no one on a Cavs board trusts him? :chuckles:

Yeah Devin Harris will probably ring up value because Atlanta has been coy about who will start at SG, he was WAY buried.

A solid pick indeed, but any talk about the steal of the draft begins with Ben Gordon at 174.

Yeah, he definitely was buried down in the rankings, a true sleeper- CHA needs a gunner off the bench and BenG is the man for the job.

Im glad some of ya'll like my team more than me. To many rookies... but the value just wasnt there that I could see. Several of my picks were sniped 1 or 2 picks before me leaving me scrambling.

I think JJ will put up solid numbers this year. It has taken him time to "get it" and find his comfort zone...think he did last year. Prime for a breakout season, and I missed him by 1 pick.

Just like the Browns and Cavs.

Happened to me a couple times, and I would have 3 or 4 in my queue. Never experienced a draft like that. 16 savvy owners (sans Max).

Yea i tried to keep at least 3 in the que, it was like some people were in my head though and they would just disappear out of my que.
