Its not an excuse its a fact. My first order went out from the cavs shop, no ups tracking was assigned to it. I had to call them no less than three times? They re-shipped my order however one of the items I wanted was now sold out and they don't do back order. Shit happens, being a douche bag doesn't help fix your problem.

I have ordered numerous shirts from Glen they always come. I know he is busy because I have asked him twice on twitter about commissioning some art work and I haven't heard from him yet, I know I will. Everything he does is custom art, if you want that you have to deal with the fact it might take some time. He gets slammed and has a limited force. If you want box retail stuff you can still run into these issues.

It sucks you haven't gotten your shirt yet but that's no reason to come blast him here, he has sold thousands of shirts on here. You are the first person to come blast him in a shitty way. Try showing some patience or cancel your order and go buy some big box shit that everyone else already has.
