I'm glad so many people are optimistic about this deal happening (except for Ric Bucher, but screw him). Last year there were a few articles that just said "Cavs' attempts to land Stoudemire fall flat" and stuff like that. This year, everyone says we're the front runner and it has a good chance. The only problem is how long Ferry is willing to wait, and how long Kerr is willing to stall. But then again, you have to ask how long Sarver is going to watch his money go through the drain.

I don't know....

He wouldn't even be able to play his natural position here and his contract is ENORMOUS. I'd rather not get another SF and make him play SG/PF (unless it's Maggs and he's coming with an unprotected 1st , but that won't happen).

Plus his price tag would be higher - the Bulls are going to try to sign a big name FA in the off-season. They can afford to let a guy like Salmons or Hinrich go....but Deng? That really kills the appeal of the team.

But is Sabrina a talentless bimbo used by Rizzo to attempt to get inside info for his show on the Browns and other Cleveland athletes by sleeping with them? All the while satisfying her personal agenda of getting knocked up by one of them so she can quit Rizzo and live off the child support?

If Riley is trying to stall for Ferry to leave its not going to happen. Especially when LeBron want Amar'e first, Ferry will wait to land Amar'e.

Unlike the Heat, the Cavaliers have several moves in place in case the Amar'e deal falls through.

The pressure is on the Heat and Ferry knows it.

this is so true. Ferry can talk soft deadlines all he wants, but hes in it till the end for Amar'e and if it doesnt happen, all he does is call up washington and be like ya, we will take Antawn

The proposed deal is supposedly Z, JJ, Green, and a 1st. Would you be willing to throw in another 1st if thats what it took to seal the deal? I was just thinking about this last night and i would consider it.
