NBA TV and ESPN are promising coverage of some practices and games of Team USA (incl. Irving) and Team USA Select (incl. Waiters). Here are some listings. Feel free to add more if they're announced, or use this thread for notes and updates.

NBA TV will air Real Training Camp Live on Tuesday, July 29 at 3 p.m. ET.

ESPN will air an intrasquad scrimmage on Friday, August 1 at 9 p.m. ET.

Pre-tourney games start in mid-August, and the Spain/FIBA competition runs from August 30 to September 14.

Can't wait to watch the scrimmage. Last years was pretty fun and Kyrie dominated.

Will have to catch highlights of practice. Any highlights from today?

I hope LeBron is knocking the sass out of Kyrie and Dion's mouth daily.

like kobe did?

I think LeBron has different motivation, becoming the "old head" leader of the Cavaliers with two guards who rarely see eye to eye starts now. When LeBron was acting like a clown on his first Olympic team, Iverson and Marbury were probably thinking, "Thank goodness this kid only cares about tapping Norwegian triple jump ass. More championships for us."

I could imagine Marbury had some concerns until he noticed lebron didnt speak chinese

Been watching for the last 30 minutes or so and it's pretty cool if your starving for basketball. Missed Kyrie, but saw a little bit Waiters where he didn't do much. I know it's just a practice but if there's anyone who watched it all, how did our guys look?

Eh not much. Kyrie was on the bench when I tuned back in. My stream was fuzzy so I didn't see much else besides Blatt having an interview with the NBA TV guys.

I still don't get why Marcus Smart and Doug McDermott were extended invites to join the Select Team but Jabari Parker wasn't. I could honestly care less but I just want to know the thought process behind them doing that.

They were invited last summer when they were the two best college players returning to college. Inviting them this summer is a courtesy for coming last year. From what I've heard, they both held their own. McBuckets may fill Korver's shoes as a shooting specialist for the National Team someday.

^probably. So far the continuing theme under Coach K is continuity. He values prior experience.

we coming for you 'merica.

Your round fatless "bacon" is total bullshit.

I do see Australia and Canada as the fastest rising powers in international ball. You have that going for you.
