The 2013 Cleveland Indians

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Hafner deserves nothing short of a standing ovation. Seriously.

I'd give him one. He may of sucked the last... like five years, but some people forget the 28-33-42-24 stretch of homer seasons when he was younger. He was an MVP candidate in both 2005 and 2006. He was on our 2007 playoff team too.

Give the man a bit of credit at the very least.

Glad to see support on the board - Twitter just kills this guy. I mean - his injuries and contract sucked - but it's not like he wanted to be hurt. Seemed to work his ass off to get back on the field - his body just couldn't handle it.

He was a top 3 hitter for a few years there.

It will be mostly Yankee fans.

Not for the opener, should be fairly mixed. Wonder if the Tribe brass was annoyed that the Yanks were scheduled for the opener, it kind of robs them of their one big opposing-team draw.

Be interesting - the second game of the year has traditionally been one of the least attended of the entire year. Will people come out to see the Yankees for that second game - or will they have filled their 'Tribe fan' duties by making it to the Opener?

Indians signed Jeremy Hermida to a minor league deal.

Probably puts the Canzler waiver claim to an end.

Well, at least Columbus' lineup is gonna be stacked. If both Bauer and Carrasco start the year there it will be a formidable AAA rotation, too.

Oh, the quota will be filled. A night game at the beginning of April, on a weekday? Not even sure how many Yankees fans will come out, either.

I know every team does this but what a waste of time.

Well, it would appear that the stolen base total will be higher than the original expectation

Anyone have the password needed to buy presale tickets?

Thanks. On this link it says it started today at 10 but that must be for another password.

It says it starts Monday, February 25th...a week from today. ;) That's when tickets go on sale to the general public, no password required.

My pre-sale password is for this Wednesday!
