Not sure why it matters when we will all be living in a Ollies Bargain Outlet next week.

I would love to see an experiment done that would break up the United States into two separate territories: one run by strict progressive ideals and the other run by strict libertarian ideals. Allow individual citizens to choose which of the two territories they want to live in. Come back in 25 years to see which territory and which group of citizens is doing better.

I'd wager everything I own or will ever own that the libertarian group would far surpass the progressive group in quality of life and successful governance.

Mars- Libertarians

Moon- Progressives

You. About Q-Tip.

Q-Tip.

I'm not worried about him.. I'm talking about the comment regarding "Black Lives Matter."

It's just a weird segment of the population to single out.. Black people being hounded by racist cops, brutalized, and killed?

And that's not directed at him, but at anyone and everyone.

Imagine if we were talking about battered housewives or raped out kids.. Not funny? Oh.. How about kids suffering from autism or Down syndrome? Not funny either huh? No laughs there? But dead black people in the street..?? Now that shits hilarious.

Think about it for a second... That's why I said "later..." as it's probably not worth discussing since my perspective will be so different than most.

Hmmm....not hard to figure this one out.

In case you missed it, O'Malley and Bernie Sanders were fucking booed by a bunch of whiny, white, "progressive" millennials for having the temerity to say "all lives matter.". The tweets by some of them going after O'Malley, which are at the link I provided, are freaking hysterical. Literally, at least as to those 3.

Here's the link, again. Does anyone seriously contend those people don't need a punch in the face?

I wouldn't have thought it possible to be both self-loathing and self-righteous, but those little shits actually managed to pull it off.

Although they actually may not need their own country, because I suspect there's a lot of overlap with residents of The Republic of Kaitlyn.

...somebody definitely should get punched in the face... Question is who.. The demonstrators, or the assholes complaining about them (mind you, they are at a rally that has nothing to do with you whatsoever, yet you find room to complain).

What you don't get, and what Bernie doesn't get, is that Black people are being targeted. That's why the crowd booed. The Democrats depend on 85% of African-Americans with equal to or higher turnout numbers than Whites in order to win the Presidency. Hence, Blacks and progressives are tired of lip service, DINOs, and folks wanting to claim they represent the interests of Black people, get our votes, and then back racist police departments and militarization programs the moment it becomes politically convenient to do so.

O'Malley and Sanders got a much needed wake up call.

Saying "well, of course Black lives matter because all lives matter; White lives matter," avoids the point. The point of the chant/slogan is to specifically address the targeted, illegal, and discriminatory actions of police departments and DAs, against BLACK PEOPLE.

Saying, well, we're going to look into all instances, etc; yes, that's grand, but, you're avoiding the issue of racial discrimination, which in itself, is criminal.

Go to the Ferguson thread and you'll see numerous left-leaning folks rationalizing police brutality as anything but racial; instead blaming socio-ecomonics, culture, education, etc - anything but race.

That's why we chant "Black lives matter."

The Republic of Kaitlyn.

It's Caitlin you thoughtless fuck. And you must respect him/her.

You 100% know what the point was of the "Black lives matter," chant and why, even if well-intended, saying "all lives matter," doesn't make any sense considering the context.

That doesn't really matter though. I see what's going on here and I'm entertained by it.

@gourimoko

What's a DINO?

DINO = Democrat In Name Only.

Examples = Jim Webb, Hillary Clinton, Rahm Emanuel..

Conservative Democrats are not necessarily DINOs, for example Brian Schweitzer is not a DINO, yet he has some conservative values.

DINOs simply use the party to their own benefit, but are generally centrists and oftentimes globalists. Emanuel for example, is a fucking union buster. You can't be a Democrat and unfairly bust teacher's unions.

I really don't give two fucks about him. Seriously, whatever floats his boat is fine by me.

But what is annoying as hell is how it has become this omnipresent phenomenon, from the ESPY's, to getting bombarded with shit like the latest dress he's wearing, or how "beautiful" he is, etc..

Give it a damn rest already. If we're being honest (god forbid), he really looks pretty much like some hag in her 60's trying to look much younger than she is. And is that something that usually commands major airtime, and false compliments? No.

Nobody would normally bother commenting at all on some post-menopausal women caking on tons of makeup except, when we were lucky, Joan Rivers. But now we should all care, just because it's "Kaitlyn".

And that's not even toughing on the whole Ms. Doubtfire aspect of it. I'm sick of hearing about it, and I want the Republic of Kaitlyn not for him to live in , but for all those PC celebrity chasers/commentators/PC warrior social media hounds who can't shut the hell up about it.

You 100% know what the point was of the "Black lives matter," chant and why, even if well-intended, saying "all lives matter," doesn't make any sense considering the context.

Oh, I think it makes much better sense considering the context, and it's absurd to actually boo someone for actually considering people as people rather than as members of racial groups. The idea that concern about police violence should be dependent on the color of the victim's skin is absurd, and offensive.

It's been pointed out here before that lots and lots of white people are shot by cops too. So, what's wrong with a message to law enforcement regarding how they should treat all citizens, and without regard to the color of their skin?

I don't have a problem with black folks in black neighborhoods who feel persecuted saying "black lives matter." I do have a problem with white liberals and black race-pimps claiming there is something offensive about others echoing concerns about police behavior in general with "all lives matter."

Aren't black lives just plain lives too? I've always thought so. And honestly, the message isn't just "cops should treat black people the same way they treat white people", because that's only half the problem. The problem is that would still result in people of all races sometimes being wrongly shot.

It's not an issue about which just people should be concerned. It's an issue about which everyone should be concerned.
