The Greg "Can't Even Catch a Cold" Little thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Hell... Even Mitchell "sure thing" Schwartz has looked like a dumpster fire the first two weeks. Not Oneil Cousins' fault, either. Schwartz can't get in the way of anyone that gets to his right side.

I am/was a Heckert supporter and I'm finding it difficult to support any of his choices.

He did well on defense. Haden was a great pick. Ward, and Taylor also look good. Sheard was good for the 4-3. But Little, Hardesty, Weeden, Schwartz, and even Richardson to a degree have been less than advertised.

Let's see how things go these next couple games when Little is moved to his actual position.

He's still going to be playing WR when Gordon gets back which means he's still going to have to catch the ball.

I know we're thin at WR, but I really don't care. I'd bench him on principle. It isn't as if we're going to be competing for the playoffs anyway. I remember the Indians sending Albert Belle to the minors for not running out a double-play ball even though they had nobody else on the roster who could hit a home run. They did it because it was the right message to send. I'd like to see that kind of accountability in this organization for once.

This guy might be the biggest dipshit on the team. That's really saying something.

Yeah, it's all good though because we traded a top 5 WR in Julio Jones for 3 role players in Weeden, Little, and Taylor.. Because anytime you can trade away a playmaker for a 30 year old minor league pitcher, a college RB converted WR who cant catch, and fat douchebag with an attitude problem... you just have to do it. - Browns logic

Think about this though...

Who would even be throwing the ball to Julio Jones?

He got his car towed after getting caught driving with a suspened license. You got to hope someone forgets to pick him up on gameday.

Amazing that it took this long for this thread to be made.
We have a lot of f ups throughout the team. A tremendous amount of disappointment, and then you have Greg Little. I've disliked him early on, last season. And he hasn't disappointed me.

I'm not rooting for him to drop the ball, but the odds are greater for a drop.
If there was a Greg Little drinking game.....

Richardson to a HUGE degree has bee less than advertised. He gets a huge free pass from the fans, and Im not sure why. I know there are a couple of us on here who were against the pick, and haven't bought in since day 1. Yes, play calling hasn't been perfect for him, and yes he has to play with Brandon Weeden, but the truly great running backs find a way, and TRich so far has not.

I know everyone hates it when people toot their own.. but I hate to have been right about that draft. I wanted Claiborne with our first pick, Doug Martin with our second first, and Russell Wilson with our 2nd. Now, with that said, they all would have been Browns and probably all been trash anyways, but let me live in my dream world where we didn't trade UP for an injury prone guy who plays the most injured position in the league.

Im still rooting for you Trent, but you get as much blame from me as I give to the rest of the offense outside of Cameron and Bess.

Julio Jones would've won the Browns how many Super Bowls by now?

There are plenty of reasons to be upset with the Browns, but this attempt is futile. Chastising a team about the decision making of people that are on probation in Denver, keeping the bench warm in Philly or on a beach somewhere is just not very logical or helpful. Also, pretending that the team wouldn't be just as shitty with a stud WR is a small battle in a giant war that is the Browns' issues. The team needs a QB for anything to take shape.

Lamenting the fact that the Browns don't have Julio Jones is like a homeless guy bitching about not having a big enough TV.

... hospitals in Cleveland would be overcrowded with victims of alcohol poisoning every Sunday.

Says the guy who still defends Tom Heckert as a competent GM...

I could've also brought up the trading up to get Montario Hardesty in the 2nd round, trading up to pick a running back 3rd overall, drafting a right tackle that has looked awful this year in the 2nd round, ignoring to upgrade the wide receiver position for years, etc... I was just focusing on Greg Little because he is the topic of this thread, and instead of having a playmaker, regardless of who the QB would be right now, we have a dumpster fire in Weeden/Little/Taylor/Marecic instead.

Move Little to RB, maybe he can do better than TR33 the dancing bear....

(not sure if serious)
