Q Arena Renovations (scoreboard, court, ...) and In-Game Experience

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I guess that makes two things that the Pacers have spent $16 million on that are big and don't affect winning.

Oh man, so would that be like the 19m that the Cavs spent on this guy?
i

And I'm just kidding, the Cavs only spent 6.5m on this guy- and then spent Tyler Zeller, Alexei Karasev and a 1st rounder to make him go away. Which is much less embarassing.

I would love if it shot out chocolate O'Brien trophies that were wrapped in gold aluminum. Just shoot those trophies out at mock 2 so even loudville can taste the trophy gold.

I like the Pacers scoreboard.

I like the Pacers scoreboard.

I've seen the Pacers scoreboard many times, it is awesome- FT line to FT line in glorious HD and great sound. I thought it'd be obnoxious and in the way, and while it took some getting used to compared to the shoe box they had before, it really does make the place feel luxurious.

Cavs deserve something like that.

I will be amazed if they can get that big ass scoreboard installed by opening day. Also considering some pre-season games will be played there.

I'm with everyone else. Anything that implements that 3 dimensional technology from last year, I'm all for. That was ridiculously incredible.

Adding more pyro of course is would be nice. Adding the floor projection from the Z jersey retirement to me is a must, no other building is doing that yet and we should make that ours.

What I'd really like to see is an update to the sound system. It's time to get some low end air moving in the arena.

Am I the only one who is completely out on this?

I don't want a giant ass scoreboard. I went to Cowboys stadium and I think it completely ruins the at the game experience.

All you do is watch TV in the arena. You try not to look at the screen but it is so ginormous that you can't ignore it.

Call me old school but I would personally rather just watch the live action on the court. Basketball is played in much smaller arenas. You don't need the assistance of an HD scoreboard that large.

My kids hate the flames coming out. They've been scared of them since they were little.
