The Trade Veto: Why it's complete and utter bullsh*t

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
You should have thought about it longer before you accepted, welcome to fantasy football.

I agree that's why I used my veto and we are waiting to see if the trade will go through or not. I never said I didn't make a mistake, 3 team deals just don't make sense.

Close the thread.

This sounds like a pussy-drama, titty baby league and it's going to make the board grow vaginas if we look at it more than once.

How many times a day do you two gents use the phrase "butt-hurt"?

I am glad vetoes are in place. When I was a senior in college, my friends and I had a money league. One guy who had graduated the previous year and lined up a full time job traded Brett Favre (in his prime!) for a backup wide receiver. The reason he did it was because he wanted the other guy to win the $500 pot and have spending money. Everyone else in the league felt screwed because he created a super team and made the league a waste of money for the rest of us.

And that is why I will always defend the right to veto. If one person is more convincing than the other... guess the law school dream is dead for one of you. Switch to education or something. :p

I don't have a problem with the veto itself and agree it exists to make sure people don't collude to win, but you shouldn't be allowed to veto your own trade because you were too dumb to agree to it in the first place.

How do you two feel about the Securities Act of 1933?

Then, were you a member of this league... that would be your vote. And yours would be worth one opinion.

Better question for settling the matter: Who has the more embarrassing story? Nothing like dirty laundry airing out at the next kegger or sorority mixer.
