Did his daughter make those?

If I recall correctly, his daughter was being a bratty bitch, so he took her laptop away.

"Her" laptop.

SHES 16 AND HAS A FUCKING LAPTOP, OH BOO HOO WOE IS HER

You guys are acting like he shot the girl. He shot an inanimate object. I know alot of people act like electronics have life and are their life, but at the end of the day it doesn't mean anything. We got by without smartphones, ipads, and laptops for a long time just fine.

I love it. Lesson learned the hard way.

I was being sarcastic, implying that whoever made those was as immature as his daughter.

They weren't made to be taken seriously, they were made to make fun of the people who think his parenting was too harsh.

Exactly, she's SIXTEEN. Teenagers act up, teenagers lash out, teenagers don't fucking listen to their parents. Period. Why are people acting like this is some uncommon thing for a teenager to act like this?!

Fact is, there are way more constructive ways to get to them than to shoot a fucking bullet around them. I don't give a shit if it's at an inanimate object or not. This isn't even about "being a pussy" or all that hokey "being about the kids" b.s. It's pretty simple, if you know how to parent, stuff like this just isn't necessary.

Guaran-fucking-tee this absolutely tarnishes their relationship. And he's gonna wonder why...

She didn't listen, she went & did the same thing he told her not to do. How is that any different than any other teenager?!

Exactly, it was not too harsh. Shooting the laptop was not harsh. Maybe it should've been donated or given away, not shot, but who gives a fuck. Taking away the laptop was not harsh. Giving his daughter some tough love was not harsh. Grounding her was not harsh.

Fathers can be such MEANIES, you know? God.

I would love to see the comments on this post on her Facebook page from this video. :chuckles:

Question, how many kids you got?

What that man did was beyond badass, it's what more parents need to do. Ever since it became illegal/child abuse to spank your child, we've seen generation after generation of kids become more out of control, more violent, more everything. You can't physically punish a kid, you physically punish all the shit the kid holds dear.

But you being the parenting expert, what is a more "constructive" way to get through to her? Were you going to sit her down in a pastel colored room with easy listening blasting throughout the speakers and have a therapy session with her?

LOL FoodStampsChampion wrote, "Typical redneck cousin-banger."

Others...

"Just give the kid an allowance or talk to her about what she did. "

"This is actually fucked up.... That idiot doesn't know anything about psychology (Lol do you need to be a professor to be a dad?) or what being a kid is like today
(lol...) . Why are there so many likes? Do parents think it's okay to shoot things that kids love to teach them a lesson? This is the farthest thing from understanding."

"THANK GOD YOUR NOT MY DAD.I WOULDNT RESPECT YOU EITHER THE WAY YOU HANDLED IT WAS CHILDISH. I CONSIDER IT CHILD ABUSE AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELF. DISRESPECTING YOU IS ONE THING BUT ABUSE IS ANOTHER ."

"I can see where your daugther gets her childish behavior from. "

How much you want to bet these were written by 19 year-old males still mad that daddy never loved them. It feels so good to hate these commenters. Mmm.
