Timofey Mozgov Mancrush thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I wouldn't be praying for McGee. Mozgov is so much more ideal.

We should be praying that McGee can play well enough to make it easier for Denver to flip Mozzy which is what I'm saying.

Nurkic too.

One of the biggest reasons for Denver's struggles is Shaw trying to play too many centers.

One them will DEFINITELY be moved before the deadline.

I'm surprised they haven't given over the keys to Nurkic. He's clearly got talent but needs the reps to acclimated to the NBA.

I don't know if they are trying to audition some of their other guys for trades? No other reason not to play him IMO. They suck and aren't going anywhere

Why does this dude have his own thread? He aint good at what we need.

We need a rim protector and Mozgov so far is doing exactly that and has been doing it for two years. He's surprisingly athletic for such a big dude, can shoot the jumper and is a hard worker to boot. I'm not sure what else we need in a center?

Be on our team or be available for trade, neither of which Mozgov is at this point.

yeah, 'cause bpg is the perfect indicator for your efficiency as a rim protector :chuckle:
c'mon man, it's already been stated in this thread that he currently sports a Oppfg% of 45 under the rim, which is better than both Anthony Davis and Joachim Noah.

"The Nuggets currently say they have no plans to hold a fire sale and begin tanking, but they soon may not have a choice."

I think they are going to keep imploding and looking for a blockbuster soon. I looked at the salaries on hh and I don't think there is anyway Gilbert would pay 12 mil a year for McGee, that's crazy. Unless they would give up back something crazy like Faried. If we are looking to make a deal with waiters and Thompson we could get back foye who is almost the exact same player as waiters.

Now you all seen this dude play against our bad big, he ain't nothin special to trade for.

Isn't it kinda sad that your posts are so bad that you have to point out in your signature that your join date is in January and not July? Food for thought.

It's pretty clear that, from statistical showings, Mozgov would be a great player to have on this team and the perfect fit next to Love. One block per game or not.

Let's just pray that Denver comes to its senses and goes the youth route with Mozgov being the odd man out. Our championship endeavors could depend on it.

Food for thought, give me one trade senerio. Yeah thought so. If Denver is willing to take TT, then great, I'd be all for it. But why in the world would Denver want TT? They won't, so we have nothing to trade them. Move on

I'm kinda bummed we payed 10m for varejao, I like the guy for he's not worth it

We have the Memphis pick and the Bogans TPE. Saves them $4MM this year and gives an asset. It's not a bad trade at all for Denver. I would consider it.

He'd be a great addition. We are in dire need of some defensive help down low.

AV appears to have lost a step, Thompson gets worked by bigger guys, and Love is who we thought he is defensively. Haywood hasn't seen any time so i can't imagine him contributing in anyway in the playoffs.

We need someone soon. Our postseason success depends on it.
