The team can only spend it's way to contending to an extent. While obviously a star laden starting lineup is going to be expensive the bench has to have at least some bargains and guys on thier rookie deals to avoid the apron n be a regular title contender. That is going to get very difficult once the team has to hand out deals for Thompson, Shump, Mozgov. They are fine for this year and next but after that Griffin is going to have to get creative bc I just don't see the owners giving back the concessions they fought for just a few years ago.

I would think there will be a bit more room to operate given that with the new TV contract soon to kick in, revenues will climb higher, which at the same time pushes, the tax threshold and cap a bit higher over the next few seasons.
 
Don't know what's so impressive about this. I eat entire pizzas on a regular basis (maybe 3-4 a month). :coolugh:

Do I miss something? What's so unusual/incredible about eating an entire pizza?
I don't know how large a pizza is in the US, but in Germany it's pretty normal to eat an entire Pizza by yourself.
Just wanted to clarify this! :chuckle:

Mozgov has been a revelation and is probably second only to Lebron for impact on our turnaround. For those who thought that AV and TT are capable defenders, this is what an interior presence looks like.

This is Americans you are talking to. Everything is super-sized- when we hear ''pizza" we think 14 inch, 12 slice pie. Not the small sizes. Many pizza places duo not even bother with the smaller sizes anymore.
