Trade Deadline ––> Waiver/Buyout Deadline 2015 (March 1)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Am I the only one pissed about missing out on KJ Mcdaniels??? I thought he was an untouchable asset for Philly and the Rockets basically got him for free:bigcry:

Would love to have Perkins here. He's allowing 45.3% at the rim (Mosgov in Cleveland is allowing 45.6%) which is better than Howard's, Koufos's, Valanciunas's, Duncan's, Biyombo's, Cousins's, Steven Adams's, Marc Gasol's, Drummond's, and Anthony Davis's %s at the rim.

Sucks hard on offense, but is an impact maker on defense, and would make for nice 4th big.

As for Kenyon Martin, he's been even better at defending the rim in limited minutes. He's allowing 37.5% at the rim, which is pretty much the best in the league for bigs that have played any decent amount of minutes. In addition, players he guards usually shoot around 49% from 2 point range, but he's allowing only 35.7%. He could also be a nice 4th big.

We need a rim protector to hedge against Mozgov's potential foul trouble in the playoffs, potential injuries to our bigs, to have enough minutes to go around so as not to wear out our bigs.

The Rockets got KJ McDaniels for basically NOTHING, why couldn't we get some of that action!?

KJ won't get gametime ahead of either JR or Shump though unlike in Houston where he would be the first option coming off the bench for the 2/3. Also, I am ssuming the last roster spot is reserved for a big man or Ray Allen.

Well, he's about to get overpaid, we have plenty of talent where he plays, and they did give up a 34th overall and a 2nd rounder for him.

Everyone forgets he is a free agent at the end of the season. Could just be a rental if someone offers him more money

trob is bought out, has playoff exp

Thomas Robinson?

The ex-Portland guy? If yes, he is the best option for the fourth big out of all the names we have heard today. Is TT-esque in the way he plays. Can give the instant energy and solid 10-15 mins off the bench.

I hate redundancy from bigs. Guy is the light version of a player we already have, just makes no sense to me to bring in T Rob. Hope he lands on his feet, him and his sister are a great story, but I hope it isn't in Cleveland.

He'd be an insurance policy, rather than a key player. Need to have someone for when one of those bigs goes down.

how is trob defensively? how is he at the rim? does he block shots??
