Well, that sucks. I was hoping they'd end up sitting tight but that obviously changed in the last 24 hours. Didn't want them to inject any sort of young talent into their farm system.
 
I love desperate teams around the deadline, they tend to do really stupid things like this.

Thanks Cardinals, for giving up a good prospect for garbage.
 
Likely a straight 1-for-1, if they added Norris.

I doubt the Indians trade any of their starting pitching. It will take an overbid from another team to get them to do that.
 
Blue jays still needs pitching but they are in it to win it.
 
I will give the front office credit that was an amazing deal. Moss was nothing special. What a steal. A plus trade for the Indians.
 
Tigers getting Matt Boyd and a lower league lefty in addition to Norris.

Can't believe they got Norris and Boyd for two months of David Price.

They're "going for it," but my goodness....have a little common sense.

I generally dislike teams being sellers with established players who are still under contract the next year. But, Kaminsky sounds like a no-brainer. I feel like the NL is wide open this year. I like the trade for both sides, but this is a rare time I think the Tribe made the right call.
 
So, who else we thinking gets dealt? Raburn has to be one. Wonder if they trade Rzepczynski or some other lesser/older bullpen arms.
