Trade Targets

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Would want to net a young C in the mold of Steven Adams, Miles Plumlee, or even Javale Mcgee.

My wild guess:

Cleveland gives up:
Jarrett Jack, Sergey Karasev, the lesser of their 2015 1st round picks, 2015 second round pick.

Cleveland gets: Luis Scola, Keith Bogans

Brooklyn gives up: Marcus Thornton

Brooklyn gets: Jarrett Jack, Sergey Karasev

Boston gives up: Rajon Rondo, Keith Bogans

Boston gets: Marcus Thornton, Cavs and Indiana's first round picks, Cavs second round pick.

Indiana gives up: Luis Scola, 2015 and 2017 first round picks, lottery protected.

Indiana gets: Rajon Rondo.

Not much Intel on this, just guessing and looking at the needs. Scola and Bogans are non guaranteed.

Celtics probably need more. Like another young player or two. I would give them TT or Zeller if we could keep our 1st rounder. Or give them Sergey considering I know we could do Jack for Thornton straight up (even though Nets like Sergey). Or if we give Nets Sergey, they have to give up the 1st rounder.

And I would love to just keep Scola in that deal if possible. Love his game.

Would love to get this kid.. Doubt it happens but I have been a fan of his since before the last draft..

Plumblee is very solid as well.

Jarrett Jack + a pick for Steven Adams and Reggie Jackson?

Woah... Jackson alone is worth more than Jack and any pick we own.

Four years ago Chicago gave away a first rounder and Kirk Hinrich - at the time a solid starting guard - for a second rounder and cap space. They did it thinking they had an outside shot at LeBron but ended up having to take Boozer as a door prize.

The Cavaliers are in a similar situation. Because all the time constraints are forcing their hand, it won't be an even exchange of talent. They will "lose the trade" but become a much better team if LBJ returns.

i really think we could have paul milsap from ATL..here's why

- ATL just drafted a new stretch 4 in adreian payne
- Horford is a natural 4, they could start him next to Antic
- milsap is in his last year and will probably want more $$$ than atl can afford
- they could get something for him from us before he leaves in free agency

But why would we want Paul Millsap...And why would we give up anything of value for a Paul Millsap who'll be an UFA next summer?

We clearly don't have enough Power Forwards, lets go get him!

Would the Cavs have to trade anybody to make room for the MLE for Allen? He said he doesn't care about the location but he just wants to be James' teammate or will consider retirement. For being 38, he is in crazy good shape and his 3 ball is beautiful, he would contribute off the bench in a hot second.

I wonder if they go after him, do the Cavs still go after James Jones? He is another sharp shooter, could get for super cheap and will just spread the floor even more.

What would Utah want for Derrick Favors?

I think Favors could be had without giving up a crazy amount, but we may need to involve a 3rd team. The Jazz matched Hayward's deal, which means they'll likely want to deal Favors or Kanter (he has an extension coming up). I'd take either off their hands, but I don't know if they'd value Waiters over Burks, and they did just draft Exum who can play the 2 as well.
