This dude just can't let it go. He's coming off as incredibly petty & naïve.

The quote in the second tweet is probably in response to Fujita's comments. Sounds like he's being a little defensive about his effort level here. I'll trust Fujita's unbiased word over his.

Just to clarify, I meant Scott is coming off as petty. He's been on this "the front office lied to us & to Richardson" kick since the trade went down & is coming off as naïve as well.

I'm answering your question as to why OPGAF.

It's understandable to be irritated by people having kids at that age when they don't have any money to support them. On the other hand, I'd much rather a poor but caring 15 year old with a decent future have a kid than a 30 year old with a ton of money that's a prick and a shitty parent. However, the chances of a 15 year old being responsible and able to care for a kid as opposed to a 30 year old is exponentially lower.

I don't have a problem with people being irritated by it, because it is irrresponsible to have a kid at that age. What matters is whether he did the right thing and support and care for them and from what I recall, he has. Could be wrong.

Trent has no excuse not to make a shit-load of money over his career and be able to provide whatever he wants for his kids. Hopefully he will do so.
